Interbankfx Review

I have been with Interbankfx for close to a year now and my experience with them is utterly horrible. I have some issues with them and their platform and although I know that there is no platform out there that is 100% perfect, this is one of the worst I have seen. I would know given the many other platforms that I have traded with and still trading with some others. I do not need to mention these names but you get the drift.

The demo account, like most other platforms is impressive. But what really matters is the actual live account, isn't it? Can they translate what they have showed in the demo account over and live up to the hype?

Well, for one, I have found that I get constant requotes whenever I tried to filled my orders. I almost never get what I want because by the time my orders are looked into, the market would have had moved away from it. This even happens during off-peak hours when the market isn't active. Can you believe that?

Whenever I found myself in a favorable market position and tried to close in, I would be delayed and as a result, would almost always suffer losses because of it. I actually use a mirror program for my trades. What it does is that it sends the exact same trades for both the accounts simultaneously. Basically, for the demo account, I will get a profit of $1500 in average daily but my real account loses $500 due to the delay in closing the trades. Go figure.

I think the spreads are outrageously high as well. I have made comparisons with other platforms and although some are considerably high, they are nowhere near what Interbank's are. In addition to this, my broker wasn't helpful at all. Whenever I try to bring up my difficulties in getting my orders filled or to close my trade, he would act puzzled as if this wasn't a norm. I wonder why it only happens when the market is in a favorable position for me?

To say the least, I am disgusted with Interbank. I somehow wished I never opened my account with them but they did have a professional appearance. Sadly, this isn't mirrored in reality. I think this platform is just out to get traders' investments and only care to make money for themselves. Go look elsewhere!
