Fxpro Review

My experience with Fxpro has been a love-hate relationship. I simply mean that I have had both good and bad experiences with them. Let me begin with the bad first.

Among some of my major discontentments are that orders take a long time to be filled, executions are delayed from time to time, frequent system hangs/disconnections and the MT4 giving several problems which makes it hard for me to trade. In addition to this, I think Fxpro have widened their spreads with most of the major pairs when other companies are competing to lower their spreads in the hope of getting more customers. For example, we take the USD-Eur pairing. Most other brokers that I trade with offer between 2-3 pips but wit Fxpro, I had experienced up to 5 pips once during the night!

Another one of my concerns are the delay in withdrawal and I am not even talking about profits. This is money that I have deposited and wished to withdraw for personal reasons. I had on different occasions, made deposits using PayPal as well as from my credit card. It took me slightly more than a month for me to get back my own deposit and I dare not think how long it would take for me to withdraw my profits because I have yet to do so yet. I think it has got to do with their complex withdrawal system whereby you can only withdraw through the method you deposited. For example, if you had made your deposit using a credit card, you cannot expect to withdraw using, say PayPal. I find that to be absurd. Don't you think?

Having said all that, I think Fxpro has some good in them. First, their customer service is reasonably helpful and professional. They are good in communication and shows concern in my issues. I would give them that credit that they were at helpful or tried to be at least.

Another thing I like is that they offer you a combination of FX, Futures and stocks in a single MT4 platform which is rarely offered by other Mt4 platforms especially in the US. This is one of the appeals of Fxpro, for me anyways.

As mentioned earlier, I have had both good and bad experiences with Fxpro. I will be sticking around with them for a bit longer to see if the problems I have are sorted out. In the meantime, I will also keep my options opened.
