My foray with Easy Forex was incidental. I didn't plan it but somewhere 2 years ago, I was looking for additional income and got into Forex trading with them. I will be the first to admit that Easy Forex didn't make an instant connection with me.

I think my main grouch has to be the different platform application used compared to the majority of other companies that utilize MT 4 as well as the system of trading. When I first began trading, I made my investments via credit card and realized that unauthorized withdrawals were constantly being made to fund my margins. That was when I learned that they actually charge what is widely known asa 'rolling day trading fee' sometime around 0600 (+8gmt) for anyone who has an open position. I was personally involved in an even more worrying situation where I once tried opening a trade using my credit card and it was initially rejected. However, barely an hour later, my credit card company had called me to inform me that a sum of $20,000 was charged for a myriad of transactions I never authorized. I immediately contacted Easy Forex who dealt with the issue immediately. Within the next 48 hours, the sum was reinstated in my card and I was repeatedly apologized to.

Another major problem I have, as well as with many other traders I believe, is the relatively high spread. It took me a short while but I have learned you can easily manage that if you join through a larger community. This will enable the spread to be lowered for major pairs. I also found it to be tolerable especially since I only traded in AU and EU.

I have had other minor problems but they were all dealt with efficiently, effectively and professionally. Some say that you can't trade 'naked' but I have managed to learn to do that just by referring to EF's percentage chart. Another thing I have observed is that there is almost always accurate, about plus or minus 5 pips at the most.

What I like about Easy Forex is that there are no fees involved for both deposits and withdrawals and I get my money really fast. I generally make weekly withdrawals where the amount would be cleared between 3-5 days at the most.

So, while I had some issues initially, they were sorted out over time. I have to attribute my success to the reliable support, both through chat or email where the majority of my problems were sorted out at an instant. I will continue using their service for a long time to come!
